 Deborah Blakey is a transformational coach, author, and visionary leader passionately devoted to helping women reclaim their identity, rebuild confidence, and rise with purpose. As the founder of RePHURpose Her—a powerful 8-week empowerment journey—Deborah guides women through a path of Perseverance, Healing, Unwavering Determination, and Rebirth. Her work is rooted in deep compassion and lived experience, equipping women to shed limiting beliefs, heal from past pain, and step boldly into their authentic selves.

Armed with over 20 years of leadership experience as a store manager, Deborah is no stranger to navigating high-pressure environments while nurturing growth and potential in others. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human services, a master’s in business administration, and multiple coaching certifications in Life, Health, Leadership, and Transformational Coaching. More than credentials, however, her wisdom is shaped by real-life challenges—having been a caretaker since age 13, a leader in both life and business, and a woman who turned personal loss into divine purpose.

Deborah is also the author of Beautifully Broken and its companion outcome journal, The Lioness Within, designed to help women process pain, reclaim their voice, and reconnect to their power.

A self-proclaimed “Purpose Midwife,” Deborah’s coaching is deeply spiritual, radically honest, and profoundly empowering. She believes every woman deserves to live a life where her voice is heard, her confidence shines, and her soul feels seen. Through RePHURpose Her, Deborah is not just coaching women—she’s igniting revolutions within them.
